LADIES PERFORMANCE TEAM
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for dedicated women who have a passion for dancing that are willing to invest in themselves, others, and their community. This is a serious program that is designed to train you up to a professional dance level. This is not your average dance team. Your commitment, passion, grit, and determination are required. No dance experience is required. Training is provided.
WHAT WE DO:
We train all aspects of dancing:
- Mambo/Salsa
- Pachanga
- Son
- Kizomba
- Zouk
- Afro/Afro-Cuban Movement
- Bachata
- West Coast Swing
- Ballet, Modern, & Jazz
This team is a fusion dance team with the strongest roots in Mambo, Pachanga, and Son. We utilize all techniques to design and create art, and to cross-train the body. This allows us to stay injury free and unique in style. We dance these techniques to ALL types of music.
Here is a glimpse at the inside of the team:Â
- Train 2-3 days per week
- Plus, specialized gym trainings 1-2 days per week (optional)
- Bi-annual Groundwork training with world class professionals (local)

- Kizomba Intensive w/ Gbenga AtekojaÂ
- Mambo Training w/ Ashley Magana
- Bi-annual Mambo intensives in Mexico City, Mexico with Newyorican Mambo Intensive Program (40 hours in three days)
- Perform on the road at Congresses and Festivals.

WHO WE ARE:
The boss ladies are an all-inclusive, diverse, strong group of women of all ages and backgrounds training hard to be well-rounded humans and dancers.
We strive as a team to improve our dancing and make an impact in our community to spread love and strength. Since beginning our training in 2017, we have truly become a family and we are all very excited to extend it!
The team is split into three teams 1) Development Team and 2) Amateur Team & 3) Semi-Pro Team. The Semi-Pro team requires an intense evaluation where certain techniques and dances are tested. More information will be provided at the informational.
This is the team designated to travel and perform with me on the road. This DOES NOT mean the development team will not perform locally if that is what you choose.
